Arrive at Nairobi and after clearing customs and immigration proceed to your hotel. Relax as the day is at leisure.
This morning, you will be picked up from your hotel at 7:00 am and drive through the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara National Reserve. This enormous reserve is actually part of the vast Serengeti plains, famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest migration, and is home to the Big Five: lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo, and rhino. You will arrive in time for lunch, after lunch, relaxation, and then leave for an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight.
Early morning breakfast, then embark on a full day game drive with a packed lunch, viewing the great predators and exploring the park's amazingly high concentration of wild animals. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals, plus the elusive cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs. During the stay, we also have an opportunity to visit a Maasai village (extra cost) to witness the singing and dancing of the Maasai people that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience. Dinner and your overnight stay at the camp.
After breakfast, we drive to Nakuru, picnic lunch en route, across the equator, southwards of Bogoria, lies the Rift Valley's most famous lake, Nakuru. Known all over the world for its flamingos, it's alkaline and is recognized as being one of the natural wonders of the world. Lake Nakuru is now a rhino sanctuary, harbouring a population of over 40 black and over 60 white rhinos, but the flamingos, of course, have always been the main attraction. At times, there may be almost 2 million flamingos in the residence, forming a stunningly beautiful deep pink band around the edge of the lakeshore. Arrival later in the evening, dinner, and overnight stay.
After breakfast, you will have an exciting game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park. The park is home to stunning flocks of lesser and greater flamingos, which literally turn the lake shores into a magnificent pink stretch. The birdlife here is world-renowned, with over 400 bird species, including white pelicans, plovers, egrets, and marabou storks. It is also one of the few places in Africa where
visitors can see the white and black rhinos and the rare Rothschild giraffe. After lunch, drive to Lake Naivasha and take a boat ride to Crescent Island (optional). The island hosts an abundance of wildlife, including giraffes, defassa waterbucks, wildebeests, Thompson's gazelles, Burchell's zebras, and impalas, among others. After the experience, you will return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.
After breakfast, you will proceed to Hell's Gate, the only park where you can ride a bike(optional). After riding for 4 hrs, we depart for Amboseli for lunch on the way. Arrive in Amboseli in the evening, dinner, and overnight stay.
After an early breakfast, set out for a full-day game drive in the breathtaking Amboseli National Park, renowned for its vast plains set against the stunning backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro—the tallest peak in Africa. The park offers unparalleled opportunities for wildlife viewing, particularly its large herds of free-ranging elephants, often photographed with the snow-capped mountain as a magnificent backdrop. As you traverse the park’s varied landscapes of savannah, swamps, and acacia woodlands, you’ll encounter a wide range of wildlife including lions, cheetahs, zebras, and an impressive variety of bird species. Midday, enjoy a freshly prepared picnic lunch at a scenic spot within the park, where you can relax and take in the tranquil surroundings. After lunch, continue exploring Amboseli’s diverse ecosystems, capturing unforgettable moments of wildlife in their natural habitat. As the sun sets, return to your camp for an exquisite dinner and a peaceful evening under the African sky.
Begin your final day in Amboseli with an early morning game drive, the perfect opportunity to witness the park come alive with the soft glow of dawn. This is one of the best times to spot predators returning from their night hunts and to observe elephants, giraffes, and antelopes grazing peacefully against the majestic backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. The crisp morning air and golden light make for exceptional photography moments. You will then depart from Amboseli and enjoy a scenic drive back to Nairobi. Upon arrival in Nairobi in the late afternoon, you will be dropped off at your preferred location or the airport for your onward journey, marking the end of an unforgettable safari adventure filled with extraordinary memories of Kenya’s beauty and wildlife
